Lovely welcome when we arrived. Excellent dinner and great service at the table. Great breakfast with nice little touches - butter in the scallop shell and the tea cups and saucers! And the tea was hot!

Disappointed with the food evening meal well cooked but not memorable, breakfast also disappointing the site claimed that food was excellent but it clearly isn't. Also the place lacked atmosphere. Bantam Bay itself is wonderful but the Sloop Inn could benefit from some competition

The location was good, we visited Dartmouth and Bigbury on Sea, beautiful views. The Globe Inn served excellent food and we enjoyed the Jazz Club. Only opened from 5 p.m. onwards. The king size bed was very comfortable and kitchen and bathroom facilities good.
