The room was very clean indeed the window was at the back of the property which was great because it was very quiet in the room.
It’s a shame there was no breakfast.

I stayed on my own but my son and daughter-in-law joined me for breakfast as I had originally booked for two and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and a very nice touch to have a coffee for the journey home. Thank you
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Rustic but stylish. all mod cons. Helpful and pleasant hosts. Very comfortable bed. Good lighting . Host had experienced a lighting problem in bathroom in day of arrival but accommodated for it and resolved the issue on our arrival. Nice powerful shower. Plenty of mirrors provided . Lovely area to walk through meadows. On site parking . Good travel directions and pre warning by host that satnav would not take us accurately to site. Rural but not too out of the way of amenities
Genuinely rustic cabin down country lane but right in the village of Holcombe. Many sweet and charming personal touches add to the authenticity of the experience.
The Holcombe was set in a very peaceful place, with cows in the surrounding farms. The room was amazing, clean, and quiet. It had a lovely roll-top bath in it. Dinner was delicious at their restaurant. They went above and beyond by leaving me out fresh croissants for breakfast, as they knew I would be leaving earlier than breakfast started.
The owners and staff were friendly and professional. The room was amazing. We felt relaxed and wished we had been staying longer. The dinner and breakfast were both excellent.
Highly recommended. The hotel is very tasteful, all the facilities were excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for you. A big thumbs up to Chef, who took the time to ask each table about the food and their experience both at dinner and at breakfast- a real find and we will definitely be returning.
