    Great location for walking right from the door. Loved being able to come back to the pub for lovely food and drinks. Innkeepers cottage well fitted out with good facilities. Staff were very helpful and accommodating even though they were very busy. Breakfast was great. Evening meals were delicious with a great selection at a reasonable price. Lovely dining room and outside seating.

    Staff were lovely and welcoming friendly atmosphere , felt very welcome room was beautiful and bed was exceptionally comfortable, enjoyed breakfast and the facilities were great absolutely loved the decor. stayed for dinner which was delicious with great service, very reasonably priced and would love to stay again

    Beautiful scenery. The walking followed by hot bath, good kitchen to cook dinner and range of channels to then watch a film. Spacious living area Ordered steaks from the farm which were delivered and delicious. Very quiet and relaxing stay.

    Excellent position with amazing views. A warm welcome from the proprietors and a very pleasant couple of pints of ale in the gardens enjoying the views. The room was very comfortable and clean. Dinner and breakfast were both served in the bar, which was nicely decorated and had a good atmosphere. The food was excellent and plentiful with reasonable prices ensuring good value for money.
