It’s a very attractive Elizabethan style half timbered long house.
A popular bistro pub with a good restaurant Menu. Friendly staff. Accommodation was comfortable in an attractive timbered room and breakfast was excellent in range of menu.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even when they were very busy. The chef was accommodating when a vegetarian in our party requested a different dish to the one offered at dinner.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The dinner was really excellent, very good grilled food which is a specialty. Breakfast was also excellent with very good choice available. We arrived late and though the kitchens were closing they made it possible for us to still have a meal.
A very comfortable & spacious cottage which was well equipped with all needs. The private outside area was set for relaxation & dining.
The owners were delightful & very helpful.
I cottage is located in a quiet and characterful village with a great community shop & historic Inn.
I highly recommend this holiday stay.
