The Level Inn was a super alternative to an Air B&B which we refused to stay at.
The room was comfy, the breakfast was tasty and the staff were really friendly. It was also really good value for money.

The staff were superb really warm and helpful. Showed me to my room gave me some tips on where to eat and generally nice. Value for money cracking breakfast. Everything was amazing, stuff, location, breakfast, hospitality. We were very happy to stay in Level Inn in Ebbw Vale. Silent atmosphere and cozy room. We had great opportunity to park our car on the hotel's parking. Also we were impressed and to thank hotel's stuff for supporting of Ukraine and solidarity with Ukrainians in hard time.
Staff was really friendly and welcoming, they even prepared a vegan breakfast specially for me, which was really tasty! Bed was very comfortable too and all in all we had a great stay at Level Inn. Will definitely come back here next time I come.
Friendly welcome and came to help with our bags from the car. Rooms were very clean and tidy and a lot larger than a usual travel lodge/ premier inn. Very quiet location and free parking just outside. Bedding was fresh and smelt lovely and clean.
lovely character property. not your traditional dime a dozen premier inn / travelodge etc
dinner was AMAZING. up there in my top 3 steak meals I’ve ever had. and I’ve had a lot.
homemade peppercorn sauce was the best I’ve had. chips and onions really nice. and the steak was unfortunately not the best cut but the chef had cooked it perfectly and the seasoning was to perfection.
