Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
we were travelling with two dogs. Dog friendly room was spacious with direct exit to the outside making it easy to go for a walk. Great location in the town. Super busy pub/restaurant with great selection of wines and beers. Friendly customers. Dinner was great as breakfast was so much more than we expected. Finally great staff, whoever we spoke to was really helpful
I was very impressed by No93 Boutique Guest House. A lot of thought had gone into the interior design which worked very well. Bed was comfortable and my dog was welcomed with treats, bowls and a bed. Breakfast each day was lovely too.
the George Inn has been beautifully refurbished, with a real quality feel and attention to detail. The bar area and restaurant has a lively atmosphere. The staff are polite and always happy to help.The food was well cooked and presented. I can honestly say it is the nicest place we have stayed in Yorkshire
Pretty much everything was excellent. Dinner was delicious and so was breakfast but the staff made it for us. Really helpful, cheerful...couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
The George Hotel had a lovely relaxed atmosphere, it was busy (but not rowdy) with people enjoying themselves drinking outside in the sun and in the restaurant. Nice decor throughout and our room was spotlessly clean. The food at dinner & breakfast was exceptional and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Great location in the centre of a historic market town. Comfortable apartment for 4 adults, with all expected facilities. Dinner in the on site restaurant was excellent
