Loved this place! From the friendly welcome when we arrived to the many thoughtful touches like fresh milk available, lovely selection of teas and a range of different body wash, bubble bath, hand cream, soap, etc). We had dinner in the bar and I can highly recommend the steak and stout pie. Breakfast was amazing too with a nice coffee machine. Had to give special mention to the lovely lady hosting the breakfast service. This place is also close to Chatsworth but we t turner have time to visit.

Derwentwater Arms is welcoming and comfortable, with a spotlessly clean room. The room itself was spacious with a large and comfortable bed. We recommend the breakfast and if you have the opportunity to eat dinner at the lovely restaurant, do not miss out on the pie and mash.
