Small room but comfortable bed, good shower and very quiet at side of hotel. Had very good dinner and drinks all at very reasonable cost. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We’d walked from the head of the Thames with two little dos on a warmish day. The staff were enormously welcoming. Room was great as was the food for dinner. We’re directed to breakfast in Barista maybe 150m and that was great too.

Room very good, but prefer wardrobes and Hangers. Shower step high for older people, needs safety grab handle. Breakfast could include smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Sorry did not take dinner, next time?

The pub is in a very good location on the high street. It has a car park at the back for guests. The room was clean if basic. Good shower. A couple of cafes nearby for breakfast seeing as the pub doesn't serve any food. Had dinner at Jicsaw, the Thai restaurant, it was fabulous. Key box on the wall so you can drop keys and go when you want in the morning.

The hotel exceeded expectations in terms of the welcome and service from the team. They were super friendly and eager to help in all respects. It was lovely and clean: the room, the restaurant, the spa and the loos were all great condition. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast, again every one very helpful. A refreshing change from the grumpy service that seems to be prevalent in a lot of areas of life these days.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, room was a good size. Extra heating was provided for the super-cold weather, with extra blanket so we were nice and warm. Nice friendly pub downstairs with good menu for dinner in the evening, although several other restaurants available a short walk away.
