The staff at the pub are very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much for them. The food in the pub is divine and the room was lovely and clean. We had a room in the coach house which was very clean, quiet and the parking was great.

Owner was Fanta state, very welcoming , and friendly .
Food was first class and a great pint served .
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The bed was really comfortable. We had a nice bath after our day at the Royal Welsh Show and slept like babies.
Highlight was the yummy breakfast. It filled us up for the whole day. .
Went out for dinner to the Black Cock. Food was good but they stop taking orders at about 8pm!
The breakfast was excellent as were the dinners we had.
Location was good for the places we wanted to visit.
Room was very clean and had everything we needed.
Sue was a very good host and was very knowledgeable about the area.
Nice welcome. Clean comfortable room, good free wifi. Safe parking. Superb food for dinner, really good. Breakfast was basic but you could help yourself to toast, cereals, yoghurt and fruit. Coffee was instant sachets and croissants were in packets so didn't have either of those.
The room was pleasant enough for what I needed, good shower, comfy bed, breakfast was decent but the winner was the host Gail, she went above and beyond, lovely lady
We were looking for a Sunday night stopover on a road trip. The New Gurkha Inn was perfect. Staff were great, impeccable cleanliness and comfortable beds. The room is basic, which was all we were after, and this is reflected in the price. The main highlight was the food in the restaurant, absolutely superb . If I lived locally I'd eat here regularly
Stunning room! Everything was brand new and immaculate. The bath in the bedroom was really lovely. Huge room with a really comfy bed and everything you could need. All of the staff were so lovely and dinner was delicious! Thank you, perfect stay and amazing value for money.
