Comfortable room and good bathroom facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge in room. Sainsburys a few doors away. In the centre of town but the road was quite quiet. We tried our first oatcake ever for breakfast from Poveys, who are across the road. Brilliant 360° view from Mow Cop Folly, which is not far away. Lovely friendly people.

A really cosy homely feeling inside, and lots of grass you can put your feet on while you have a drink. Chandra was lovely, excellent hosts. Best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. The pub is awesome, great food.

I was really impressed by the breakfast service. The staff were diligent, efficient, and very thorough. You always know when you're dealing with experienced staff when they don't have to write anything down. I'm pleased that there were sensible vegetarian and gluten free options available.

A really good quality breakfast for a guest house. The room was cosy and pretty with it's unusual windows. There's a seperate lounge for sitting in which is very comfy though it was closed quite early.

Breakfast was delicious We will definitely stay again. Its in a great location - 8 min drive to Biddulph Grange Gardens - an amazing place to visit. Lyn gave us a wonderful welcome with tea and home made cake in her beautiful garden. We were able to come and go without any difficulty and her Welcome Pack was filled of places to visit. We booked into The Talbot Inn a few miles away which she recommended and the food was first rate and reasonably priced. My husband and I can highly recommend this amazing air B&B.
