Friendliness of staff and quality of service. Lovely location, decent sized room, well equipped. Good menu, nice food, good beer selection. We had thought it might be quite noisy from passers by given the location but this was not a problem after all.

I was greeted with a warm welcome at Hadley BGI. Despite my booking being last minute, as poor weather curtailed my travel plans, the Inn check in was efficient, professional and made me feel comfortable.
A lovely room, comfortable bed, fabulous towels and toiletries. Traditional charm. Good lighting and a well stocked tea tray.
Fabulous breakfast choices in the morning.

the beds was comfy and room was clean. we stopped in a disabled room my partner accidentally pulled the red emergency cord in room we turn it off after 10 minutes but no one came even know it wasn't emergency I think someone should have came to see if we was already. we paid for breakfast when we booked hotel but my cousin was getting married and booked for all of us to have breakfast so we paid twice for breakfast, the hotel wouldn't refund us our money back. abit disappointed with our stay. staff didn't seem to care.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We'd stayed at the Inn before so knew what to expect. The basics are good - beds were comfortable, and there was a good choice of breakfasts. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and it was clean and serviceable. Staff were friendly.
The location and the biscuits. The pub downstairs. The food was lovely. We didn't stay for breakfast though which we were told consisted of a standard breakfast £4.99. We were told that lunch and dinner were both £7.99. This is a Wetherspons pub so the prices are variable.
It's was very easy to check in, even if there were no staff. Loved the messages beforehand to tell us how to check in, where to park, etc. Great location too, we visited West Midlands Safari Park, which was only a short drive from here. Although there was no meals included, Bewdley it's self has loads of cafes, pubs and restaurants that offer breakfast, dinner or tea which are within walking distance. Very clean and cozy, I would definitely stay here again.
I visit the Bewdley regularly and the guest house is always great. The rooms are always spot on and I love the choice available for breakfast. Parking is available nearby at Bewdley Severn Valley Railway station for £4 per 24 hours. I have already made my next booking at the Severn Valley Guest House.
Lovley guest house with a cute little cafe. The room were standard but clean and tidy. Breakfast were superb and freshly cooked. Staff were lovely, friendy and welcoming.
Very nice pub next to the river. Very welcoming and friendly. Easy parking nearby. Room overlooked river with good facilities. Food was great for dinner with many choices and reasonable price. Best eggs Benedict for breakfast.
Little gem of an Inn, stone's throw from West Midlands Safari Park with super comfy beds and a great range of meals. Dinner and breakfast were both really nice. We had three vegetarians in our party and they were very well catered for. The superior rooms had very large comfy beds and the ordinary double was also great. Huge baths, nicely appointed bathrooms, large TVs, easy free parking and a huge outside seating area, partly under an impressive teepee! Decor is a great country rustic, very up to the minute and our youngsters loved it!
The rustic warm Inn feel. Log burner, comfy-looking sofas. Efficient friendly welcome.
