The hotel's location reminded me of Shakespeare's time. Exceptional, historic and charming! The room was ok, good beds, cleanliness. The breakfast was unexpected by the offerer and served in a purely British atmosphere! (A note: the heat from radiator cannot be adjusted- room 11) Cristian & sons

The hotel was beautiful and staff were always available to help! We were a very large party (20+) they were able to accommodate us in a seperate room in the evenings so we had privacy and other guests weren’t disturbed - winner winner ! A historic coaching inn which has been tastefully restored into a lovely modern hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The tapas in the evening and the breakfast in the morning perfect! The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of St Mary’s Church. Nice touch with the chocolate. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location in the centre of Beverley. I was staying on my own, so dinner can feel a bit awkward. I had a table tucked away in the bar where I could see what was going on but did not feel exposed. The service was attentive but not intrusive. There is a good list of cocktails. I ate a risotto with sea bass fillets, both of which were perfectly cooked.
