Clean and comfortable rooms in a convenient, central location. 1884 restaurant on site served a decent dinner. Buffet breakfast was also good.

A charming, comfortable and very friendly family run guest house. An outstanding location for walking the Tryfan and surrounding hills, and quite exceptional value for money.

Breakfast was plentiful and staff very helpful, eg if we asked for poached eggs rather than the scrambled which were on offer. We only ate dinner once but it was tasty and enjoyable. The radiators in the room were efficient and quick to warm the room up after we’d turned them off overnight.
