    Everything was perfect the reception lady was so friendly and kind the Best customer service we ever had swimming pool area and soft play great we had a dinner at italian style restaurant perfect food was just amazing definietly will be back again Thank you so much we had a brilliant stay at the hotel

    Good breakfast and dinner menu, friendly staff, well presented food and it tasted good. Comfortable room. Convenient location for a stop-over with free parking on-site. Good value for money. Ticked the boxes for us!

    We stayed 1 night and had a warm, clean and comfortable room. Lovely surroundings, and the swimming pool and sauna were great. Staff were helpful. We had dinner which we enjoyed very much. Great value.

    The hotel is a old 'modernised' Inn in the Victorian times and that twee charm has been retained. The room although a single had everything in it that I needed. Lovely ensuite bathroom looks very new. The breakfast was really good, quality ingredients cooked very well (steady on, on the bacon though :)) It's a lovely, quiet setting overlooking the loch Albie? Very friendly, attentive staff. The owner was very accommodating very late booking/check in so I was grateful for that. I hope to return on my visits to Aviemore!

    Although the lodges had tired decor they were very spacious, comfortable & quaint. They had a sauna! Loved this. And a conservatory which was great for pre dinner drinks. Location was great 20-35mins walk along the river to the centre of Aviemore.
