Dinner (snack bar) was better than expected for arriving late. Breakfast was 'aces', hot tasty and plentiful. Bed was quite comfortable, but the room was a bit small.

Is was nice to have a kitchen and enough space. The walking distance to the beach and inner city were acceptable.

Enjoyed our stay. Booked for one night as had Eurotunnel train next morning. Very convenient and close proximity to the channel crossing. Good breakfast, however coffee not very tasty. Had a lovely dinner, food very nice, although there was so much of it😊 Very friendly cats in the property. Bed mattress a hit hard, no air conditioning. Although, a small fan was provided, the bedroom was still very stuffy. Overall, would stay there again if booking another channel crossing.

Absolutely everything! Do not visit this property without also taking advantage of the dinner offer. The food was great and the breakfast the following morning superb. The Hotel is well situated, extremely comfortable and Nathalie and her Husband most welcoming.

I really liked the location and very easy access to the car and the beach. I really enjoyed the dinner, the food was excellent. It's very easy to be there with animals. The room was perfect for sleeping, the beds were comfortable, the room seemed clean, however there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room and bathroom. The smell was so intense that it affected the quality of our rest.

Secure bicycle storage. Given extra teabags when requested. Handy to be able to get breakfast and dinner on the same site. Problem with TV sorted immediately with minimal fuss.

Amazing experience from beginning to end, the room and facilities were excellent, and the communication from the owner was swift and reassuring. Will definitely look to book here again if we're staying in Calais in the future. Highly recommended!

A very characterful guest house in a beautiful old building a few minutes walk to the centre of Calais and only 10 minutes drive from Eurotunnel. Very welcoming hosts and very pet friendly. We enjoyed a good home cooked dinner, very reasonably priced wine and a lovely breakfast. Plenty of on street parking just outside the guest house and a single lock up garage 100m down the street that you can reserve in advance. Highly recommended for a transit stopover or a longer stay if you fancy exploring Calais.
