Breakfast service was ok. Some items were out of stock, but we still had enough to choose from. Bread was fresh and tasteful. We were lucky to not be in the main building. The churchbell is across the street and chimes every 15 minutes. Even at night. Beds were ok. Mattresses were medium firm, pillows too soft.

The owner was exceptionally friendly and offered to open the kitchen for us, even though we'd arrived late.
After a long day of driving it was definitely highly appreciated.
They also arranged some vegan friendly alternatives at breakfast, after we'd given a heads up during the booking process.
It was not cheap, but definitely worth the price.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The town was so pretty and the hotel also was very nice. The gentleman that checked us in was really helpful and booked us a table for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as well.

Beautiful quiet village, traditional half-timber house. We arrived late and checked-in at nearby Gasthof Engel. Also had traditional german dinner at the restaurant there (caution-HUGE food portion). Super-friendly staff. The only comment was that it took us a while to find the room - it was up on 2nd floor through outdoor staircase and a common hallway. Maybe a sign would be helpful.
