We absolutely loved this pension! Great location, just down the street from the historic main square.
Lovely big room (2) overlooking the courtyard and restaurant below but it was nice and quiet. White, all newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Nice little touches like fresh chilled bottles of water, special coffees, lavender in the wardrobe, a recycling container etc. Although there’s no air-con, there’s a fan for the hotter days.
It was easy to arrange everything with our host, Jana, and although we didn’t meet in person, she was very communicative throughout our stay, making sure we were happy.
The restaurant and microbrewery downstairs is really great. We ate there twice and thoroughly enjoyed the food and beer. The waiting team are so friendly and helpful. The very kind waiter who showed us to our room also helped us carry our bags up the steep flight of stairs.
Krajinská street has everything on it we needed: a small supermarket for breakfast supplies, bars, restaurants, gelaterias. There’s an all-night restaurant across the road in case you get peckish at 2am!
