Amazing hotel! The perfect place to unwind your mind. The view from the hotel is impeccable. We had the corner room and the view was stunning. The lounge area is very cozy and the family that own the place is welcoming and friendly. They prepared the breakfast buffet every morning which had plenty of choices. We also had dinner there which was delicious and with local ingredients. We really hope to come back one day!
The views were spectacular and the staff were great especially Francisco and Paula. They were so patient and helpful. The dinner was amazing! Compliments to their chef.
The view of the lake from our room was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, especially when I accidentally locked the safe on our arrival. It's a bit of a walk to the town, but we went there to do laundry. We didn't want to walk to town again that night for dinner, so we ate at the hotel. We thought the dinner was very good, as was the service.
The hotel is centrally located which is helpful to explore Puerto Natales and it's totally walkable. The staff were mostly friendly. We were given one of the "quietest rooms" on the first floor and once the traffic died down it was reasonably quiet. We had some nice drinks in their bar area when we returned from our dinner outing.
Everything was perfect. The hotel is located outside Puerto Nateles close to the shoreline,
It's a perfect hotel with an excellent restaurant. We booked a 3 bed room which was really great with a very nice view on the bay.
The hotel has a large private car parking area in front of the house.
Quality of the food (breakfast & dinner) was outstanding.

Rufus is a wonderful place run by a wonderful family and staff! The rooms are comfy and cozy, the breakfast is awesome at start early which is ever greater considering a lot of tours leave early, water is hot, WiFi is stable, the dogs (or pirañas:)) are hilarious and within this budget range it’s an absolute winner!
Very comfortable beds and a spacious twin room. They now cater for dinner as well so saves a trip into town although taxis are plentiful and cost AUD$10. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. View from bedroom is fantastic. Loved the peace and quiet
