Loved the location and breakfast. Of course, it is Switzerland. I have given 9 because there was kettle or coffee or tea. I was driving more than 400 kilometres to reach this place. I was looking for some hot drink and at the end I was offered one. Next day in the bill I had another 8 Euros for coffee. Otherwise I can't fault their service.

In the surroundings great walks for my dog and cows with bells just nearby, truly Swiss atmosphere. Murten see with its old houses worth visiting especially by sunset, great atmosphere. I was driving for business meetings in the middle of a snow storm from Köln. They were waiting for me to check-in safely till late at night and made sure I was OK.
The property was so clean and warm although it was -20°C outside. The view was beautiful in the morning. Breakfast was OK for the price but can be better.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
A cozy inn in the heart of Köniz, in the suburb of Bern. The staff was kind, the breakfast was tasty, the room was clean and super comfortable. The location is great, you can reach Bern downtown in less than 15 mins. Excellent value for money.
Location of the hotel is excellent and it is a beautiful and immaculate with friendly reception and bell staff. Our room was very well appointed and immaculate with comfortable bed and bedding. Dinner at Jack's Brasserie was outstanding both in terms of food and service as well as ambience. Highly recommend. Breakfast is fine, nothing exceptional but very good coffee, yogurt, fruit, eggs cooked to order. Spa is also outstanding.
Breakfast and dinner were both great. The dining staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was good with plenty of room and a comfortable bed. While this hotel was out of the tourist area, public transport was good once you understand the system. It is only 10-15 mins from the old town of Bern.
Great location and walking distance to transport, food and shops - making this a great base to locate ourselves. A fantastic breakfast was included. The room was very quiet and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant located downstairs was nice. Some nice sights located within walking distance.
Great concept. Big bed. ( photos made it look like a single but slides to a big bed, innovative) upstairs is a big kitchen lounge type area pool table free laundry plus more. Quick access to city etc via private public transport. Free transport card included
Exceptional location, just in the center of the city. You can reach walking all the main locations, but without the noise of the outer streets. The decoration is quite nice and neat. The hotel has a good restaurant, well recommended for breakfast or dinner.
Very friendly staff, good breakfast and affordable and good dinner. Rooms hade large lockers working with the room keycard and there was a sink in the room. Location is great.
Nice cosy room and excellent restaurant. Friendly staff and special thanks to Aina at the reception who is also an excellent barrista.
We had dinner 2 nights in a row at the restaurant too.
Enjoying the dinner outside infront of the hotel in the cobblestone ancient area is a real treat
