We thought the food was very good and we liked the perk of a Happy Hour. Hotel is beautifully restored. Upscale amenities. Staff friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent, easy walk to the float planes, or the skytrain and many restaurants and attractions. The breakfast and dinner were good, but quite expensive. Excellent view from the room of ocean, park and mountains.
Really enjoyed using the large gym, which was empty most days, hot tub was nice but the pool was a cloudy looking. Very friendly and efficient service from all staff especially desk staff and room cleaners.
This is the best Guest house iv ever stayed in. Everything feels high quality. The building itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Every detail has been thought through. There is so much charm and character and feels elegant, stylish, and cosy.
All the staff are so intentive and lovely. The breakfast is very special. I especially loved the pantry with freshly made goody's and beverages.

Location was great, close to everything but in a quiet back street. Loved the house and the facilities - kitchen, tea, snacks etc left out at night was great and having the sitting room was nice to relax back at the house after dinner. Very convenient to be able to check in using the door code. Room was very clean. Breakfast was awesome. Would recommend and would stay again.
The staff is amazing, customer service outstanding. We had issues with lost luggage from the airlines, etc and they were very helpful. Also helping with New Year’s Eve dinner reservations at the restaurant next door, and dinner atmosphere and food were fantastic. We upgraded to a king suite room and it’s was worth if for the extra space and bathtub. Room service on New Years morning was both fast and good. We had no issues from check in to check out.
It’s in a great location. 15-20 minute walk from plenty of Vancouver highlights such as English Bay and Gastown. Also the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop is perfect for a drink and dinner, would definitely recommend.
