The hotel was in a good location for visiting the attractions in the area.
The staff were all friendly, interested and helpful. We particularly booked this one as it had laundry facilities but, unfortunately the dryer broke down. The staff immediately took our wet washing and used the hotel's own laundry to dry it.

Nice clean room with two Queen beds and on-suit and nice and quiet. Good to have a fridge and coffee making facilities in the room, decent size wardrobe with ironing board and iron.
Very good continental breakfast and great that you have the option to make use of a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own food, there is drip coffee in the kitchen and a variety of teas to help yourself to.
Staff very friendly in particular I’d like to mention the very friendly receptionist Maha who was very informative regarding places to visit and eat and was a delight to talk to.

Very cute location right in Old Port Montreal, perfect little cobblestone streets and so close to so many fantastic restaurants, shops and the cathedral. The room was perfect and though we stayed in the room right off reception we felt quite comfortable. The breakfast box included was also perfect start to the day!

Everything was good except we didn't had any views from our room.Sort of like closed area
No porters were there to take our bags to room .Plus it looked more of like a apartment.We had to carry bags through steps to reception.

The drive from the main highway was absolutely gorgeous.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The front staff is exceptional, no other words capture the professional and courteous way we were treated.
Our waitress for my birthday dinner at the hotel restaurant made some great recommendations and the meal was amazing.
Had a great time, loved the facilities.
Beds are comfortable. nice sized bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice to have breakfast included. The breakfast area as very crowed so we took food back to our room. Plenty of parking. Lots of good dinner choices at nearby restaurants.
