We chose Admiralty Inn because of the location to the CBD of Geelong and to the Port for boarding The Spirit of Tasmania. The room had everything you needed for a one night's stay and was great for a walk into town on the night, although the Inn did have it's own restaurant if you had wanted to eat there. We were located in the far corner of the Inn, which was quiet and away from the road noise of the main road outside.

We loved how central it is especially to dinner at Fisherman’s Pier. The room was very clean and a good size. Very comfortable.

It was a short walk from the train station. There was a rustic sophistication about the place from the photos that drew me in and in person it was even better. Felt like a very safe location as well. Couldn't have been happier with the stay!

Location was okay. Nothing real close other than one cafe. We drove to dinner downtown Geelong.

The room was big, spacious and I liked how there was a couch in the room that you could sit on to watch the TV instead of sitting on the bed or at the little table & chairs that you find in other venues. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in, the dinner options could have a bit more variety. The buffet breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I've had in a long time. The gym was also adequate.

We stayed here at the beginning of our road trip on the Great Ocean Road for one night in Feb 2023. The lodge had everything you could possibly need and felt very safe.

Very quiet and relaxing environment. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the bar area chatting and having dinner. Pizzas were lovely. Room has been renovated beautifully.
