Location is great. Breakfast was tasty and really good quality. The owner and the room service personnel were polite and friendly. Room was big and spacious with a nice view of the mountains from the balcony, very clean. The toiletries were really good quality and of very pleasant smell 🙂

This was a really beautiful and cosy hotel. I was a solo traveller here and I felt very well looked after by the owners and staff.
My room was beautiful, with a view of the river and mountains. There was even a view of a waterfall from the shower!
There's a very nice place for swimming just a few minutes walk away from the hotel and it's about 7 minutes walk to the train station, which is well connected to towns and cities in the region.
Breakfast at the hotel was very good, with very generous portions. And I would recommend eating at the restaurant, which had a really nice atmosphere and fantastic traditional dishes.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.

The breakfast staff remembered our requests and the next day provide everything we liked about itself without us asking.
The location is positioned exactly as in the image. It is like a oasis in the middle of natural park.

Deluxe room= spacious bed room. However the room was only three quarters usable as the ceiling was diagonal due to the roof.

Pet cleaning fee for the room either 10 or 15€/night, I cannot remember. No treats or other services for the pet however.
Restaurant dinner food was ok, but not great.
Staff was kind, even though usually quite busy.
I highly recommend this accommodation as it is good value and a friendly place to stay, The owners are very helpful and gave us good advice about the weather and bus services. The location is very good for the start of some excellent walks and cycle rides. Because there is a kitchen and dinning room for guests to use, staying here is even better value. There is a Spar supermarket 2.1km away. We would definitely be very pleased to stay at Haus Amalia again.
Our appartment had everything you needed, incl. small kitchen with all equipment. We rented studio on the ground floor with separate entrace and a small perch. Perfect for the dog! Owners very friendly, helpful, and we had every morning excellent breakfast served to the appartment. Free parking at the back of the house, easy access. We also had jacuzzi in the room but never used it. Owner exchanged towels regularly, even had one bed linning changed during our stay. All nice and clean.
The accommodation in the apartment was very nice, clean and in a wonderful environment at the beginning of the Postalm route. The pleasant and helpful staff, we appreciate the possibility of accommodating our dog. Nice surroundings for walking the dog and the possibility of swimming together with the dog at the two Wolfgangsee beaches (not for walking distance) Breakfast is tasty, more than enough.
Nice hotel by the lake, great location, very good food for dinner and breakfast.
