You share the life of a couple of old Armenians (no english is spoken). They are very good people and they will do everything to make your stay confortable. I had a large room with good bed. Good wifi. Breakfast is possible for 2000 dram : only homemade products so it's delicious. The man can take you to Gherart monastery (2000 dram one way, 3000 dram return). If you like football, the street is full of life with kids playing around at the end of the day.

    Everything is exceeds my expectations. It is excellent! what a lovely host we have. the cabin is owned by an armenian family they have prepared our dinner at a very reasonable price. location is excellent, adjacent to the ski ropeway. highly recommended-kareno hotel.

    1. The children's room was excellently equipped, complete with outstanding childcare services. A special thanks to Maryam for her wonderful care! 2. Several staff members were friendly and eager to assist. 3. Several of the dinners were of high quality. Special thanks to the chefs as well as all the staff members at the bar for their excellent service. 4. The pool and the compact spa area appeared clean and were well-maintained.

    Everything in the hotel is superb. The cleanliness and comfortability of the rooms and the facilities. The restaurant serves sumptuous breakfast. Special mention to Alsen in the resto as he made our dining experience smoot...from the breakfast to dinner. He even assists us for some personal request. Another plus factor is the heated swimming pool!! Its good to have that nice plunge while there is a heavy snowfall outside. The garden covered with snow is a picturesque...it was a haven to my son who just cant stop playing with the snow!!

    We got free upgrade to a luxury room, which is very nice - large, with nice sofa and a tub. It was warm enough. You have a tavern in the basement of the hotel, so it is very convenient. All in all the hotel is good value for your money.

    this is a family owned Guest House and each room has its own bathroom which make you feel comfortable and feel clean. Roma and his family are all very nice to us and they al speak Russians but not a problem there is always google translate so we can understand each other. I cannot say anything bad because the place are great for me! Exceptional!! Thank you Roma and Family ☺️

    I arrived late and the people were very welcoming and helped me a lot with everything, and even gave me food at 1am because restaurants were not open. You can have lunch and dinner for 2000 AMD per meal at the place. It's a nice easy going accomondation. Good value for money. Would recommend :)))

    The staff were excellent. The food for breakfast and dinner was very good. Not as much selection as other places, but the quality of everything was superb. Pool and children's play area was very good. The hotel organized day trips which were good. It was a very nice place to stay. They even arranged an extra bed for my 4 year old daughter at no extra charge.

    we had dinner and breakfast included In the price. we could choose from the list which kind of dishes we want. it was very good and delícious. restaurant was very Nice. the House was 15 min by walk from ski resort/ lift.
