Breakfast was wonderful. The room facing the Bahnhof did not get the afternoon sun, so it stayed cooler. The location was a five minute walk to our school. The people in the bar were great and having a beer and pizza there was a great way to end the day.

The hotel had bike places in the garage which for me is a huge bonus. The room is the perfect size for a short stay.
The breakfast was nice and cozy.

My son and I wanted somewhere to sleep two nights when we came to Hamburg to visit the Miniatur Wunderland. This Ibis Budget Hotel did the job. It was warm, clean, had comfortable beds and was reasonably priced. Also, the shower was one of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel at any price!
The rooms here are very basic, but clean. As the saying goes - you get what you pay for. Ibis Budget is fine for a basic room at a decent price. Ideal if you don't intend to use the hotel for anything other than sleeping and washing during your stay.
Ibis Budget is exactly as it says. It is for a budget. The rooms are a good size, the bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the breakfast is enjoyable. If you want an extra pillow or anything else, you can ask for it. What more do you need?
Aircon banging, no technician to assist or spare room. Had to Move to ibis budget for 1 night, awful hotel And uncomfortable. Complained to manager regarding the issue , only half refund offered and response was well its only to sleep in. Would never stay here again.
It is close to city center. You can reach there easily on foot. The buffet of the breakfast is acceptable. It is a standard Ibis budget hotel.

Location is great for S3 S-Bahn (yellow line). All attractions are mostly covered on this line. Nearest S Bahn is St Pauli. 100m away. Best to book non-street side so you can open the window for fresh air without street noise. Car parking is excellent. Normal daily rate from Apco car parking 35 euros per day ! Ibis Budget hotel gave us a discount card before paying for 4 days in one go costing only 25 euros !
It's Ibis budget, so no drama. Quick check-in, prompt check out, breakfast (quite basic but not bad) included. Location is good, quite central, yet not too loud. Rooms are basic, but cover all the needs.
Close to a near by metro station. Affordable and good for the price. Staff was nice and accommodating that they prepared for me to check in early. Great place for solo travellers. Apparently this chain is supposed to be in line with the Ibis budget hotels, but I felt this hotel chain offers more in comfort.
Nice quiet hotel quite familiar with the ibis budget layout so knew what to expect. However the staff were excellent very friendly and welcoming, I also like the fact the doors had codes on them instead of having to use keys.
