Perfect place to stay in Polanco even you are not on budget, it is quiet and the staff is nice. A lot of places to go to eat nearby the building. Actually this is like a departments builng complex. It has not front desk only the security guard who is the one that gives you the access to the apartment. Also everything is perfectly cleaned.

Clean and comfortable room. Room was tidied every day. New towels every day. Option to stream your Netflix or Spotify to the TV. Roomservice has good options. More than enough towels, free to use Rituals soap, shampoo and shower gel (replaced daily). Daily free good quality coffee and water. No bugs. Access to a well maintained gym, pool and bars. Breakfast is not cheap (20 EUR per person per day) but has more than enough options.

The rooms are simple and basic, but good for the price. This is a budget hotel, so don’t expect fancy. But for a cheap hotel it was quite nice, clean the service of the staff really great. Nice plants, which gives it a lovely feel. Shared kitchen is nice feature. Would stay again if I was in the neighborhood. Mostly the owner / administrator was so attentive

The hotel is very well-located, very close to the subway and to Alameda Central. From there it is very easy to walk to the Centro Historico region, including Bellas Artes, Zocalo, Catedral, and Palacio Nacional. The staff was helpful and polite. The rooms are OK, but a bit small as usual in Ibis hotels.

Check-in was effortless, quick and easy - especially as I only booked the room 15 mins prior! The room matched the photo. Compact, modern. Bed was a small double, so might be worth taking the next size up if you are a couple (I booked the cheapest room). Shower good pressure. WiFi good. And one of the best things was the AC - within this budget, there are hardly any hotels with AC (I searched so many places online). Street was quiet and super close to the big city square. I had an internal room; it had a window, but faced into void.
