Comfortable and spacious. In nice and safe area. Amel, the young manager was extremely helpful. He served every of our needs (without saying no¡) One day , we hired him to take us to Chefchawaen, the blue city, he even took us out of the way and show us many other nice places including having fresh and cheap seafood by the sea. It was meant to be only a day trip, but ending up at almost midnight (without any extra charge). We really appreciated and enjoyed the day with him so much. Thanks Amel.

Firstly I have to say. After arriving in Tangier from Casablanca, I turned up really ill. I cannot tell you enough how the owner of this hotel helped with getting a doctor to me, going the pharmacy to get medication & treating me like a patient of his own. I cannot thank this man enough. Thank you. Secondly, the hotel was super clean, in a perfect location close & cheap. Breakfast on the rooftop in the morning temperatures was also a big surprise & made the visit that much better.

Quite clean and very well located.Staff was very helpful. I really recommend for a cheap but comfortable stay near the center of Tangier. My mum is in a wheelchair and the property was super accessible.

The person who met us Ahmed was so friendly, helpful and responsive. He helped talk to our taxi driver over the phone to ensure we got dropped off the correct place and then showed us where we were staying and gave us the keys. He was also super accommodating about check out and luggage and gave us a ride to the train station for cheaper than the taxi. The Riad was clean with beautiful details and a great view. Plenty of blankets, towels and sheets. Would definitely recommend. It felt very safe in a quiet part of the medina and had a gate.

The bed sheets were disgustingly unclean, and the bed wasn’t made correctly, looks like someone was sleeping on it before we checked in. The price of the night was 80€ and the service and facilities weren’t as expected for the price paid. I will value this hotel as Motel not a 3 stars hotel. No safe was in the room, no plugs in the bathroom or in the bed side table. Been to ibis in different countries in Europe, but shamed to say that Ibis hotel in tanger, a city in my home country is the WORST.

My experience was wonderful. The hotel price was cheap compared to the quality of services and hotel facilities. It is very close to everything you might need as a tourist. Thanks to the two ladies at the reception, Malak and Nadine, who were very cheerful and kind."

2 nights. Friendly staff, great location in the heart of the Old Town. Period hotel, but great value for budget price. I arrived late at night and reception was no problem as I had already emailed my ETA. I was really pleasantly surprised with my room, clean, comfortable, and my shower...the water was so hot, had to turn it down! Reasonable continental breakfast also included. There is a busy cafe adjoining that generates some noise in the evening - but not loud. I bought lovely coffees there with the locals - cheap and friendly staff.

Excellent location if have to catch ferry early. Even though a bit more expensive than other places in Tangier, it’s worth the money considering taxis charged me 300MAD to the port. My advise: Catch the bus early afternoon to the port and sleep in hotel fir next morning departure. Bus I3 (bus stop in street between Tangerville station and Ibis hotel) is 12MAD and is a lovely 45min drive along the coast. It stops about 600m from Onomo hotel - safe walking distance even though I arrived at 10PM.
