I recently stayed at your hotel and everything was great, from the service to the accommodations. However, I was disappointed to learn about the introduction of a paid parking fee. While I understand the need for parking management, I believe that offering complimentary parking would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for considering my feedback.
Good location, relatively close to a train station and connects nicely to the rest of Cologne. Breakfast was okay with all the essentials, nothing too fancy. Rooms were okay, with the typical Ibis budget setup of having the shower right next to the bed.
There are never surprises at Ibis Budget. Very well kept facilities and rooms. Breakfast OK, but overprice for what it is? However, it is quiet, clean, etc.
Would recommend other solo female travellers aim to check-in (with your dinner and snacks) before nightfall. I did not feel safe walking between the hotel and Köln Messe train station at night. But staff were nice. A classic Ibis budget room, good facilities and clean. Shower was really good.
We didn't excpect much. It is the IBIS BUDGET line and as such fulfills our need to sleep while visiting GAMESCOM.
It was a 3 bed room which was nicely arranged. The staff was friendly, helped us to get the AC under control.
We didn't book breakfast, so I can't tell much about this. The room was clean. Nothing to complain.
The hotel is very similar to all Ibis Budget hotels. Good belie fir money, clean, tidy and with a small shower room.
Breakfast was typically continental, with the usual cereals, cold meats, cheeses, fruit and so on.
We used this hotel for an overnight stop on a longer journey. For this purpose, the hotel was excellent.
