Company information

This is a lovely, family orientated complex situated in gardens and pathways. So close to the ocean that you can hear and see the waves break on the beach. It has a small private beach within walking distance. The view of a full moon over the sea is breathtaking and gives the impression of an idyllic island. The pool overlooks the sea and has a Lapa with loungers, tables and chairs. Come and relax and soak up the sun. Some of our newly renovated units also now has Wi-Fi facilities during loadshedding.

Property information

Villa Del Sol is a unique, affordable garden complex situated in a secluded part of Margate, yet within walking distance of the town centre. It has a lovely pool with entertainment area, sauna and a laundry. * Most of the 10 units have superb sea views, own braai and garden or patio. The two bedroom units (4 to 6 bed) are set in tranquil garden surroundings and fully equipped with a modern open plan kitchen and living room. * Please note: NO group bookings will be allowed as Villa del Sol is not a party or function venue. NO loud noise after 10pm. Confirmation of reservation: 50 percent deposit and the balance must be paid directly to the resort 14 days before arrival together with the breakage and admin fee. Breakage deposit (refundable): R1000 and Admin/Service fee: R600 Parking: one vehicle free, additional vehicle (prior arrangement only) R50 per night. Arrival time: after 14h00. Departure: before 9h00. We regret, NO PETS are allowed. Cancellation of booking could be subject to a cancellation fee. RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED.
