Property information

Fintimara is the ideal holiday beach house with its unfussy, comfortable style. Bright and airy with a Cape Victorian charm, this centrally located home is meters from the village and harbor, minutes from the beach, and a few kilometers from three golf courses and award-winning wine farms. A sea-view sheltered patio for breakfasts and barbecues leading to a spacious family-style kitchen. Inter-leading garage and gorgeous sea views from the 2 front bedrooms, a cozy sea-view lounge and dining area. Fintimara is a beautiful grand old lady with character but she does come with her quirks. If you are looking for something modern and brand new then this place isn’t for you. Yes you can hear the traffic and the train, we ask that you don’t leave a review on this. We are very transparent. There is an alarm system and a pedestrian security gate. The garage is suitable for a smaller car. Tall cars will sadly not fit! Living space: Open planned lounge with sofa, TV (Full package DSTV),a fireplace and dining table for 6, all with a view of the ocean over the garden. Well-equipped kitchen with seating area leading to outdoor patio with seating area and BBQ.

A gem on the False Bay coastline, Kalk Bay is known for its raw beauty, interesting shops, a vast selection of restaurants, and stunning views. You could easily spend a full day in this little neighborhood and still not be able to experience it all! The harbor is an experience all on its own, the fishermen at work, seals lazing on the harbor wall, the hustle and bustle of Kalkies takeaways, and the many inviting restaurants. You won't want to miss out on some fresh fish either. They will prepare it for you at the hrabout to eat on the braai for a lazy afternoon BBQ.
