Self-catering studio situated in the quiet suburb of Zeekoeivlei. This newly renovated studio is situated adjacent to the main house but has dedicated access and off-street parking. The space is open plan with en-suite bathroom and the kitchen is equipped with basic essentials. A workstation is available as well as WiFi and Netflix.
Zeekoeivlei is a residential area about 20-35 mins out of Cape Town's CBD. The property sizes vary from small to large and the residents are loyal to their suburb. Zeekoeivlei is flanked by Grassy Park, Lotus River and Pelican Park on its borders. Zeekoeivlei Yacht Club is situated on the west bank and is very popular during the summer. Activities include camping, hiking and water sports. Safest to and from the area is by Uber or car. Public transportation is available but not convenient. Parking is available at the property.
