Welcome to this small and comfortable self catering apartment with fast and stable WiFi, situated on Beach rd in Mouille Point within easy walking distance to the V&A Waterfront while it’s right next to the Cape Town Stadium and Metropolitan golf course. This 2nd floor unit is very well equipped. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and all the linen and towels are included. The big sliding windows in the bedroom opens up so you can take in the ocean smell and sound. The living area is equipped with a flat screen TV. It’s also equipped with a open plan kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy any meal. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is situated in a security complex and secure parking is available.
