    Lovely spacious apartment furnished to a high standard and a great location with a million dollar view of Clifton beach and the Twelve Apostles (mountain range). Also the security guards were great and very helpful/friendly.

GREAT VALUE! BACK UP INVERTER SYSTEM FOR LOADSHEDDING (National Power outages). Your lights, TV, WIFI, plugs are unaffected adding to your comfort during scheduled outages. Lifts are also unaffected by outages. You are surrounded by ocean, mountain and bay views in this stunning apartment. The private patio provides views of the Twelve Apostle mountains and all the way down the coast. Clifton 2nd beach is a couple of minutes walk away. Both bedrooms lead onto the patio via glass sliding doors and both have magnificent views. The apartment is on the third floor. The lift is backed up. There is a 24 hour concierge. Self check-in gives you the flexibility to arrive without time pressures. This modern apartment is luxuriously appointed to ensure a comfortable and upmarket experience. There are 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms boast incredible views. There is a large open living space with lounge, kitchen and dining area. There are wonderful views from the sitting area as well. There is long patio on which to sit and enjoy the views. There is 1 parking bay next to the steps leading up to the reception area. Guards are at reception 24 hours a day. Clifton 2nd beach is a short walk away. Camps Bay and Seapoint are nearby offering you a huge variety of restaurants.
