1. Visitors/Parties/Meetings or Events: Please note that our building policy, set out by the body corporate, prohibits visitors, parties, meetings, or events on the premises. This policy is in place to ensure the privacy and security of all residents. Only guests who are booked and registered are permitted entry into the complex. We kindly request that you keep noise levels down and adhere to building rules. Breaking these rules may result in a R1000 fine and electricity being turned off. 2. Prepaid electricity: Please note that electricity is prepaid, and we request that you monitor usage to avoid depletion. We are available to assist with token top-ups until 8pm. Electricity usage capped at R500 per 2 week stay/ R1000 per month stay. 3. Assistance and Communication: We are available between 8am and 10pm via Airbnb messaging to assist with any queries or concerns. Security personnel may also be able to assist onsite, subject to availability. Please note that after 6pm, assistance may be limited, and there may be a call-out fee for issues unrelated to equipment malfunction. 4. Reservations and Changes: Reservation changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 10 days before your arrival date. One change may be made to your reservation if the arrival date is more than 10 days away. Additional nights may be added, subject to availability. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. 5. Key Policy: We provide one key per guest and do not keep spare keys on-site. The complex has a right to refuse access for people who are not members of the booking. All guests are required to send copy of ID and full information of all guests on booking - The building only accepts South African ID, South African drivers license or foreign/South African passports. All guests are required to match the ID copy sent to us to actual ID on hand on check in, unless children or elderly. Please note: ID copies need to be submitted before 5pm on day of check in. If you send after 5pm on day of check in you will unfortunately not be checking in that day but will have to wait for the Hydro Park offices to open 9am the following day for the ID copies to be approved.
