This modern 3 bedroom holiday home is beautifully decorated. The entrance is up 2 flights of stairs, passing the lower level with private deck and plunge pool. The home itself is all on one level, and includes a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining. The living area has access to a private balcony, shared by the master bedroom. The master bedroom is large with an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are situated at the rear of the property and are both en-suite with showers. The outdoor are, which includes a private plunge pool is situated at the front of the property, down a flight of stairs. There is lounge furniture as well as dining for 6. LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP What is Powered: All lights in the lounge, bedrooms, and kitchen. TV, Wi-Fi, and bedroom plugs What Isn’t Powered: The kitchen and air conditioners are not on the inverter HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home does not accommodate children under 12. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. NOISE POLICY This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device.
