Houghton View 13 is a wonderful combination of two large and luxurious apartments. The Penthouse Apartment Suite and a 3 Bedroom Family Executive Suites. Giving guests the option of reserving either of the 2 luxurious options individually or an option of booking both apartments together , thus creating a magnificent 5 bedroomed villa experience. Houghton View 13, is perfectly appointed on the gentler sea-side slopes of Camps Bay, off of Houghton Road and offers breath-taking 180’ sea vistas. With private, spacious off the road parking garages offering more than ample parking as well as providing convenient and safe access to the units of Houghton View 13. A dedicated team of on-site Managers give a 24 hour service that ensures every need of a guest is attended to. Houghton View 13, is situated just slightly off of the main Camps Bay beach, on Houghton Road. Camps Bay is a secure and trendy place to be. At the foothills of the Twelve Apostles and Lion’s Head, this stunning location offers uninterrupted views out across the turquoise-coloured sea. Camps Bay sports some of the trendiest places to frequent in Cape Town.
