SOLAR POWERED COTTAGE —> AVOID LOADSHEDDING! The cottage boasts a central location set in a quiet, leafy suburb with all Cape Town has to offer within minutes reach with a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan dining, en-suite bathroom and private entrance. Solar power and 500 MPBS wifi allows you to log on to work - if you can drag yourself out of the heated pool for long enough! The cottage is minutes walk from popular shopping and dining options and is served by a nearby Uber hub. As it is solar powered you are able to cook a meal, run the fan, watch a movie uninterrupted! This also supports the 500 MBPS wifi offering allowing you to look up your next tourist booking and itinerary or log on to work and smash the to-do list all whilst soaking up the African sun! Private entrance and secure, off-street parking provided. There is an Uber hub nearby and you are able to have a car at your door in minutes. Local rates also translates to Uber Black at Uber X rates in home markets. Relax in a solar heated pool with the music of a soothing waterfall fountain for the post sightseeing dip! Sun loungers, outdoor shower and pool towels are all facilities that are included.
Having travelled and worked extensively across the globe over the last 25 years, it has been wonderful returning to settle in beautiful Cape Town, enjoying the scenery and the active lifestyle the Mother City as to offer. Being an airbnb host has enabled me to continue meeting like-minded people from over the world and it is such a privilege being able to count these travellers as friends when they leave!
Location, Location, Location! Constantia is a quiet, green, leafy suburb of Cape Town nestled at the foot of the Constantia Mountain range with the benefit of being in such a great central location that you are able to access the central business district, most of the major events hosted in the greater area and all the unique beauty Africa has to offer saving precious holiday hours that would have otherwise been lost to travel. The cottage itself is minutes walk from the sought after Constantia Village Shopping Centre and its popular restaurants and shopping varying from high-end to traditional, hand-made souvenirs. Outdoor living: Within minutes from your cottage you are able to relax at one of the 1st rate golf courses nearby or enjoy Cape cuisine and internationally acclaimed wines at some of South Africa’s best fine dining restaurants and wine farms. If you’d rather, you could go for a spot of surfing, SUP, sun worshipping or even hang out with African penquins and their chicks on the beach all day. Otherwise, enjoy a day outing at a National Park or Safari Park with breathtaking views to spot some local wildlife and beautiful local plantlife.
