Decorated in serene tones of blue, grey, and cream, the open-plan living spaces and bedrooms seamlessly connect to a wide private terrace. The inviting lounge, informal dining area, and modern kitchen with DSTV and Netflix provide comfort and entertainment. The sleek kitchen features top-notch appliances, including a double fridge/freezer, built-in oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. Floor-to-ceiling sliding windows reveal awe-inspiring ocean views. The apartment offers two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, walk-through closet, workspace, sitting area, and a lavish en-suite with a tub and shower. The second bedroom offers flexible bedding and a dedicated bathroom with a shower. Both rooms feature TVs and open to the terrace with a gas barbecue and endless ocean views. Secure and convenient, the complex provides a private parking space and direct lift access. A short drive leads to Camps Bay, Clifton's beaches, Table Mountain, and the city center. Please note, during load shedding, essential amenities such as lights, plugs, and aircon units are powered. The oven, stove, and geyser are excluded from backup power. The building has a no-smoking policy. All bookings with us require NoxCover. This is administrated by SuperHog, a globally recognised trust and safety company.
