This modern apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing holiday in Cape Town. The main living area is light and spacious. The furnishings are sleek and minimalist but offer everything you need. This room opens onto a private balcony with a swimming pool and beautiful ocean views. The kitchen is furnished with all appliances and mod cons. Upstairs are two lovely bedrooms. Both with king beds, en-suite bathrooms and stunning ocean views. Be centrally located in this great lock-up-and-go apartment. There is a single garage, but please note it is not suitable for a large vehicle. LOAD SHEDDING BACK-UP What is Powered: All ceiling lights, television and Wi-Fi (DSTV is streamed so that works as well), Air conditioning, lounge blinds, fridge, microwave and 1 x kitchen plug point. What Isn’t Powered: Stove and oven, washing machine and dishwasher, plugs throughout the house other than 1 in the kitchen. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home welcomes all ages. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. NOISE POLICY This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device. All bookings with us require NoxCover. This is administrated by SuperHog, a globally recognised trust and safety company. You will be contacted by SuperHog directly soon after making your booking to complete your verification and damage deposit.
