Located in Prince Albert, Brakdakkie Guest Cottages combines old world charm with unique Karoo inspired decor. All units feature a private patio with splash pool that is available from mid-November to end of March, and barbecue facilities. Built as a farm in 1850, the historic cottages have been carefully restored to preserve their original character. Each unit is individually decorated and filled with memorabilia. The cottages have luxurious en-suite bathrooms with towels and free toiletries. Panel heaters, hot water bottles and extra blankets are supplied for winter months while fans and mosquito repellents are available for summer. The kitchenettes are fully equipped for all catering needs and a basic tea tray consisting of tea, coffee, sugar and rusks. Brakdakkie is located within walking distance of all shops and restaurants. Secure off-street parking is available for vehicles, bikes and trailers. The farm has chickens and ducks and pets are allowed on advance request. The scenic Swartberg Pass is 20 km away and the N1 can be reached within 30 minutes by car. The Cango Caves are 45 km away.
