12 Calderbank is n bekoorlike en knus gastekamer in die boomryke dam-area in Potchefstroom. Dit is perfek vir sake- of ontspanningsreisigers wat op soek is na oornagverblyf met n privaat ingang. Hierdie oopplan-gastekamer het 'n koninggrootte-bed geskik vir 2 gaste. Die en suite-badkamer het 'n stort, toilet en 'n wasbak. Linne en badhanddoeke word voorsien. Die kombuisie is met 'n yskassie en tee- en koffiemaakgeriewe toegerus. Daar is gemaklike sitplek en 'n TV met Netflix, Showmax, Prime, Amazon en YouTube.
