Emerge in an affordable luxury apartment the Lux one features a gym, infinity pool, and BBQ Grill. The Lux One is located in Chanh Nghia the busiest area with many restaurants and bars within minutes of walking and if you are a golfer, it is 15 minutes away from the 2 biggest & most beautiful golf courses in Binh Duong.

Neighbourhood information

Near the lux one we have many local restaurants, bars, seafood, coffee, drinks, and spas. The area is quite yet busy at night and the street is wide and well constructed so it is good for a morning walk. This unit is also close to 4 big golf courses in Binh Duong so if you are a golfer they are between 10-20 minutes driving. The area is also very accessible to services such as "Grab" food delivery, etc. This place is perfect for the CEO to stay in as it's close to many industrial parks. How to get around the neighborhood? 1. you can order Vietnamese uber (Grab) 2. you can also order a Taxi 3. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. 4. Parking at the complex is free.
