*** PLEASE NOTE: there is a THIRTY FIVE DOLLAR, per night, resort fee now that is charged by the on-site staff. It is not a fee associated or charged by us but it is a requirement put in by the HOA. The fee is for having access to the 24/7 front desk staff, valet parking, and all the amenities offered by the resort. This condo is NOT a hotel so we do not provide daily cleanings, linen swaps, etc. The unit is professionally cleaned and prepped before each check in. We have waived all the cleaning costs normally charged in an effort to help offset this cost for all of our guests. We are hoping to work out a better solution with the on-site team to make things easier and better for everyone involved - thanks for your patience and interest! *** You are required to check in with the front desk staff upon arrival. We require you provide us a first and last name of yourself or someone in your group, which we relay to the reservation manager, who can check in for your stay and provide photo identification and a credit card. Once verified, the front desk staff will provide you keys for your stay. During the ski season you will be required to use the valet service; they will greet you upon arrival. If it is the offseason, you won't be required to use the valet services and the front desk will direct you how to safely park your vehicle in the indoor parking garage area. Free wifi throughout the resort, shared, coin-free laundry located on every floor along with garbage bins to dispose of your garbage/recyclables. Pool, hot tub, game room, work cubbies, fitness center, ski boot valet and snack store located on-site. Canyons Village is an up and coming area in Park City and offers much to do whether skiing, partaking in summertime activities or you're looking for a shop or restaurant you can find what you need! If you want more, the heart of Park City is just a short 10 minute drive away.
