Past that are 22 acres of private forest to explore, with abundant wildlife and a flowing river. The home is conveniently located off Highway 49, with easy access to Yosemite National Park through either the Mariposa or Oakhurst entrances. The town of Oakhurst is a few miles away from the home, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. Beautiful Bass Lake is also nearby, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling.
