We are Myrtle Beach Vacation Stations! We manage a large variety of homes, condos, villas, and bungalows throughout North Myrtle Beach. Our team is ready to redefine your stay and travel experience. We’re here to make your vacation one for the whole family to remember! Please note the following about our homes: - Linens are not initially provided. We do have packages available for purchase, or you can bring your own. - Pets are welcome, however we do charge a 75USD non-refundable fee per pet. - Primary renters, or groups primarily with guests under the age of twenty-five (including student groups and events) are required to alternate fees of 50USD per person for cleaning and linens. This will override the posted cleaning fee on the listing. Groups consisting of primary renters or for guests under the age of twenty-one, will be required to submit parent/guardian signatures and government issued photo identification. A refundable security deposit may be required. Vacation Insurance is available for an additional purchase. If purchased the same day as reserved, a cancellation can be made anytime after booking and be applicable for a full refund. Please inquire for more information.

Thank you for checking us out! We are Myrtle Beach Vacation Stations and we would love to be able to host you and your group on your next vacation to the North Myrtle Beach area! Enjoy this gorgeous, recently renovated, two bedroom villa located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach that is a quick walk to the beach. This villa is a second floor unit. Once through the private screened in porch and in the unit, you will find a recently refurbished luxury villa featuring a full kitchen, elegantly appointed bathroom with marble-topped furnishings, and a comfortable fully furnished living room. This villa also comes with complete yard access. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed - Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed with a Twin on top and a Full/Double on the bottom. - Living Room: Full/Double sleeper sofa.

Windy Hill's laid back character is one of the many attractive features that developers have sought to preserve. Located at the southernmost tip of North Myrtle Beach, Windy Hill beach provides ideal access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, courtesy of its world-class marinas. One of its most popular attractions includes Barefoot Landing on the Waterway, a boardwalk with shops and restaurants that appear to float on water. Visitors can access by boat on the Intracoastal Waterway. Barefoot Landing is also home to The House of Blues and The Alabama Theatre, which host popular bands and shows all year long.
