You'll have a 40-foot boat dock, a fish-cleaning station on one end, and access steps to the water on the other end. This home features a bench in the shade of a willow tree for relaxing, plus access out to the Pamlico Sound. Beautiful oversized yard for all kinds of outdoor fun. Your group will love this home, and after a great day on the water, you can relax and enjoy the wonderful views from each floor. Unwind after a long day at the beach on one of the three outdoor decks. The main level has a large screened porch and open sundeck. The second-floor deck is shaded and open to the canal front with great views. The third-floor deck has panoramic views of the open sound.
