Property information

An Asian theme inspired the original owners of this home back in the 1960s. In the late 90s, it was refurbished with every detail considered and a Japanese motif. Outside of this A-frame, you'll find a serene garden that leads to the front door, along with a furnished, multi-level deck with a grill and a large, built-in, private hot tub overlooking the distant ocean through the trees. Inside, there's an inviting and open living area, a well-equipped, full kitchen, dining table, bar, and a mud room.

Neighbourhood information

This home is located roughly midway between Patricks Point State Park just three-and-a-half miles north and downtown Trinidad to the south. Head into Trinidad to find a variety of shops, restaurants, and galleries. For the adventurous, this home is about three miles from College Cove Beach and College Cove Falls, and a little over five miles from Luffenholtz and Moonstone Beach. And for a unique and very scenic day trip, take a drive north on US 101 about 80 miles to cross the state line into Oregon. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen * You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property ** This home is to be used strictly as a single family residence. No special events or weddings allowed. Additionally, the non-smoking status of the house must also be observed on the property. *** Per city ordinance, this home requires that Vacasa arranges a Meet & Greet between guests and the local staff. During the Meet & Greet, you will review Trinidad's "Good Neighbor" policy and receive important information regarding the home (entry code, amenities, etc.)
