Welcome to Wayne's Place! This charming 3-bedroom ranch is just a mile from High Point University, making it the perfect home base for your next visit. With its pet-friendly policy, your furry friends can join you on your adventure. Unwind in our relaxing hot tub while watching a movie, gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings, and enjoy a great night's sleep in our comfy beds. The open-concept living space invites you to connect with your loved ones in a stylish and comfortable setting. Fast connection for work or play with our Fiber Optic internet which offers plenty of speed for streaming or working. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is handicap accessible, with a 4-inch rise to get into the house and a handicapped bathroom. There is a 50-inch TV in the living room and 30 inches in one bedroom. The outdoor living area is a favorite most of the year. The 120-inch outdoor screen is perfect for watching your favorite movie or game while sitting in the hot tub or by the fire.
I’m semi-retired in mid 60’s semi-retired and manage several Airbnb rentals. Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and exploring new places—follower of Jesus. We have several Airbnb houses and I try to make each one a place where I would love to stay. We don't stay in hotels anymore, but instead check out Airbnbs and bring back the best ideas we find. We live one house away so close in case you need anything.
House is located 1 mile from Oak Hollow lake which offers sailing, fishing, and kayaking. There is a golf course, tennis and playground on the complex. One block away is a park which offers plenty of open space, tennis and playground. High Point University, the premier life skills university in the country is one mile away. A neighborhood convince mart is one block away and the home is one mile from a variety of restaurants including the best seafood restaurant in High Point (Sanibells), grocery stores, Walmart and movie theaters. Other local attractions include the NC Zoo (25 minutes), Greensboro Coliseum and Aquatic Center (25 minutes), the largest furniture store in the world (Furniture Land South, 20 minutes) museums and more. We provide a list of things to do around High Point when checking in. Bus stop is one block away. Property is located less than 1/2 mile from Hwy 311/I-74 which connects High Point to Winston-Salem and Greensboro.
