Prime location near Casey Key, Venice and Sarasota and a tranquil place to recover, relax and just take it easy. This is a uniquely large home for the area with soaring ceilings. You will be sure to appreciate the waterfront location towards the back of a quiet neighborhood located on a lagoon/pond with prevelant wildlife. The natural light abounds inside the home with skylights, soaring ceilings, large windows and disappearing slider doors. Enjoy beautiful waterfront sunsets and a relaxed artsy vibe inside surrounded with lush tropical plants including plumerias, monstera, ferns, hibiscus and much more. Wonderful floorplan including bright kitchen that opens up to the living room with barstools. Everything you'd need to cook at home is provided. Nearly every type of coffee make, blender, utensils, cookware. You'll love the arched architectue around the pool that makes you feel worlds away.
