This unit is on the ground floor in a peaceful quiet setting, garden view with a small private lanai. This affordable Maui Banyan studio has been remodeled and tastefully furnished. It has a king size bed with a brand new comfortable mattress, a bachelor’s chest for storage, a closet, two nightstands, lamps and a Smart HDTV with cable channels and Netflix. The small kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals. The bathroom has been newly renovated to include a walk-in shower, a vanity, quartz countertop and a toilet. Please note that this unit does NOT have a full kitchen or washer/dryer (no laundry facilities on-site, the closest laundromat is 2 miles away) The grounds at the Maui Banyan are well maintained and you will enjoy going for a walk in the tropical gardens or taking a nap on the grass area.
